By booking a service with D&V Mobile Auto Service Inc. or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

We provide mobile vehicle detailing and mobile mechanical services in Metro Vancouver (excluding Downtown Vancouver and UBC) and the Fraser Valley up to Agassiz. Service availability is subject to our current service area and scheduling capacity.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to confirmation by our team. Providing inaccurate vehicle or location information may result in delays or cancellation of service.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and vehicle information
• Ensure reasonable access to the vehicle and the service location
• Inform us in advance if water or power is not available (additional fees may apply)
• Remove personal valuables from the vehicle before service

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care when performing services. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
• Damage or issues that occur due to the age or condition of the vehicle
• Issues arising from undisclosed vehicle conditions
• Mechanical problems that were not part of the requested service

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
