To ensure your satisfaction and protect both parties, please take a moment to review our terms below. By proceeding, you agree to the following:

• Final Inspection: Please inspect your vehicle thoroughly before our team leaves. If you are unavailable for the final inspection, this will be considered acceptance of the completed work, and you waive the right for a redo.

Suggested areas to check:

• Windshield and other glass surfaces for streaks
• Dashboard & cupholders
• Under the seats (including seat tracks)
• Door jambs

Additional Terms:

• Reporting Issues: Any issues with the service must be reported within 24 hours of completion. After this period, we cannot be held liable.
• Service Limitations: Our water extraction service does not include seat removal, electrical repairs, or damage restoration beyond carpet cleaning. Any pre-existing conditions or damages are the client’s responsibility.
• Acceptance of Service: Unless issues are reported within 24 hours, acceptance of the service is assumed.
• Service & Travel Fee: A $50 travel fee will apply if services are refused upon arrival or if undisclosed add-ons are needed (e.g., pet hair removal, mold remediation).
• Personal Belongings: Please remove all valuable personal items before our team arrives. While we take great care during the service, we cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• Respectful Behavior: Our team has the right to refuse service in cases of verbal abuse or disrespectful behavior. A $50 service and travel fee will apply in such cases.

Data Privacy & Tracking Notice: For transparency, please note that we may use email tracking to confirm that booking-related emails have been opened. This helps us ensure that critical information has been received and reviewed. If you prefer not to have this tracking, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
