Had an amazing experience with them. I had hired them for a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was considering to buy. After the inspection, they had found a couple of critical issues. I decided to purchase the car anyway at a discounted price thanks to their findings and called them back to see if they were willing to do the repairs for me. They were able to promptly and professionally find the parts needed for the repairs and packaged it for me at a discounted price. They replaced my brake pads, rotors, control arm, and valve cover gasket. They even changed my oil too. There was a slight issue with a previous problem that needed repair, but they came to an agreement and ensured my satisfaction while trying to maintain the vehicle stays in its top shape either way. I really recommend them as they are reliable, efficient, and convenient. Very kind staff and tries to make sure customer is satisfied.

The D&V team member who came and did the detailing was excellent. My father’s car hadn’t been driven in close to ten months. Unfortunately there was a leak in the windshield, resulting in a massive amount of mould build up. I found D&V online and filled in their easy to follow request form. The response was quick and supportive. We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Because I wasn’t on site (at my dad’s) the crew member checked in with me regularly throughout the process to give me updates and then we were able to look at the car together when it was done. I just got my car detailed on the exterior and interior and they did an amazing job! I had Pankaj help detail my car and he was very professional, and knew his stuff. He was also good at communicating to me when he was on my way over to my building and gave me updates when he finished the exterior and the interior of the car. I booked it for the same day and they had an opening and were very flexible on the time schedule. Cleaned my car of a coffee smell. Even though I cleaned it 7 times. After a few weeks the smell would come back. After getting D&V to clean my car and Ozone treat it. The smell has not returned and I am happy with their service. I only had to remove my rubber floor mats and wait until the carpet was completely dry before putting them back in. When buddy was done. Maybe just leave the wet rubber mats out of car next time.

To say my car is clean is an understatement! It shines! It smells amazing! There were crayons melted in the console that I didn't think would come out, with other things stuck because of the melted wax, but not only did the guy get them out, he was able to clean it spotlessly! Unbelievable service. From the top down my whole experience was amazing, The owner had clear and concise communication through the whole process. I needed to use a Mobile service to avoid a Tow and they had no issue coming to the location of the vehicle. The 2 employees were friendly and very clear in their communications also. Good service and it comes to your home to get the work done! The car is well maintained. The price is a bit expensive, but definitely save time and hassle to bring the car to the shop and need to figure out your own transportation for a few hours before you can pick up your vehicle. Though, the product they use leaves a strong scent in car, which I personally don’t like. If someone is allergic to it, you may want to ask them before booking to see if they have scent free products for interior use.

It’s a great service, this is my first time hiring but Pankaj Kharangra is a punctual and polite employee with a great attention-to detail, pulled things out of my car that I’ve never seen before, things belonging to previous owners. He was responsible to warn me about the ozone gas, telling me how long I should wait as well as the consequences of breathing it in. I couldn’t ask for any more

I was trading my car in so decided to have a professional detailing done. The guys notified me when they left their office and gave me a pretty accurate ETA, considering they were driving from Surrey to Chilliwack. All they needed was a water hookup and an electrical socket. The two of them spent about 2 hours on the car and it was sparkling inside and out when they were done. The car could not have looked better when I traded it for a new one a few days later.

I’ve been wanting to go in for a detailing on my RAV for weeks and just couldn’t find the time. I found D & V online, read the reviews and took a chance🙂. So happy I did. It was Saturday morning and I thought I would book for the next weekend. Turned out they had an opening the same day. Easy to book online, great communication. After the heavy snowfall back in January, moisture seeped into the car and caused a serious mold issue like I’ve never seen before in a relatively short period of time. After we read reviews and the history of D&V Mobile Detailing we asked for a quote, which was reasonable, then we hired them to clean up the inside of the car. The photos speak for themselves. D&V saved my life! Our car was a literal bio-hazard after spending the winter on a dealership's lot waiting MONTHS for parts to come in. By the time it was opened in the spring, it was completely infested with mold and a health hazard. Our usual detailer said he couldn't even touch it. D&V were there within 24 HOURS of my call and had it completely cleaned and the mold taken care of. They didn't charge me extra when the dealership wasted over 40 mins of their time getting them access. They even found a set of keys we had been missing for YEARS despite having it detailed by other companies over those years. I will 1000% trust D&V with our vehicles going forward.

We could not be happier with the service and how good our car looks!! We had mold take over the interior and needed help. Based on the reviews for mold removal, we contacted D&V Mobile Detailing. Vic was extremely helpful scheduling us in and Raman and the other gentleman (I didn’t get his name) let us know well in advance before they arrived. When they got here they worked very hard to kill all of the mold and then proceeded to do an amazing job cleaning every square inch of the interior. It looks amazing (photos below)! This is a Mobil Service, how convenient is that to come right to your home, all you need to supply is a water outlet, our CRV turned out very well, we also travel with our dog, they did a fabulous job with removal all the dog hair, definitely will use this service again.

Got them to clean my car as well as my dad’s. They showed up on time and were very thorough with cleaning. We both have larger SUVs and they finished at a responsible time and had them looking brand new! 10/10 will be using them from now on !

I just purchased a truck that smelled like dog from the previous owner and had some dog hair stuck in the carpets. After it was detailed the smell was completely gone and most of the hair was cleaned out. I do recommend these guys.

Super professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were able to remove mold from the seats and carpet of our Jeep and make it smell like new. Highly recommend.

The service was great and really convenient. The car was cleaned very well and felt brand new, and the convenience cannot be stressed enough. Compared to other businesses in the area they have very competitive pricing, but their service does not feel cheap in any way! The cleaner even work during the cold weather!

This is a clear 5 star review. I'm actually surprised how good my van looks. The van grew some mold in various patches and Lovepreet from the company came that day and the van was done by 3:45. It was cheap too. $450 for the van inside and outside and 2 car seats. We didn't need the outside done but my wife organized it. Oops. But I'm not disappointed. My in-laws who live with us will be using this service in the future. I'm actually quite impressed. Lovepreet was great. I cannot speak on behalf of other cleaners, but he was great.

Manny was Absolutely outstanding service. Manny did great work completely got rid of all my mold inside my vehicle i write this review months later. He used all the right tools and got every inch of my vehicle from the inside including headliner. He also cleaned the trunk area. This company uses all the right tools super happy with the results!!

They have been my go to for years now. The owner is great. Prices have gone up, but they are still fair compared to others. I’ve hired cheaper places, but they are a hit or miss, D&V is consistent. They have expanded quite a bit and seem to have several teams / employees. I’m impressed with the quality of the work still being maintained! For the critical spender - hire them for interior clean only, you can’t do that yourself. Save on the exterior wash.

Fantastic job on our 12-year-old car that was desperately in need of some love. Particularly impressed with the dog hair removal - didn't know it could be done that thoroughly. Your cleaning tech was prompt and friendly and the service was as hassle-free as it could be. Highly recommended!

Thank for the last minute appointment. I spilled pumpkin soup all over the floor and was able to book an appointment the same day to clean the car. The technician did an exceptional job of cleaning the mess and made sure the car was clean. He even asked me to double check and if there’s still a stain he would go back to clean it again. Recently I had left my car for Turo, one of the guest had smoked inside the car and car smelled really bad. Vic from DV did an amazing job to shampoo and clean the interiors and also helped remove the smoke smell from the car. I recently had my vehicle detailed by D&V. Booking was extremely easy and got the appointment for the same day. Badal was the detailer and was on time. He worked with lots of passion and was not in rush at all. Took him roughly 3.5 hours to do interior and exterior detailing. The owner Vic was so honest and upfront regarding what services I should get and which I shouldn’t. He actually advised me to spend less and certain things were not needed to perform on my vehicle. Was so happy with the final result and will use D&V detailing in the future as well. Thank you Vic and Badal is a rockstar .

I will start with the pros - the finished product is excellent! There was a bunch of dog hair and everything looked dull before, but now it is fur free, shiny, and smells nice. I give Raman credit for working in the 30+ degree heat. If I was basing the review just on the way my truck looks I would give 5 stars but I had to dock some points for the following reasons. My appointment time was 9.30am and I received a text at that time that he was going to be late due to vehicle issues but was on his way. I assume he would have known he was going to be late before 9.30am, so it would have been nice to have been told prior to the agreed upon start time. From the time I was told he was on his way to the time he showed up was an hour and forty-five minutes later. Langley to Abbotsford is about a 45 minute drive. If I had known it was going to take that long, I would have run some errands I was planning to do when the job was done. My last issue was that I used a gift certificate that was given to me that had a value of $250. My bill came to $225 and change. What happens to the rest of the money? Do you guys just keep it? I don't think that customers that use a gift certificate should be forced to pay a higher price for a service. Either switch to a gift card that can have a remaining balance or sell gift certificates for a particular service so that only the exact amount is charged. Again, the job that was done was excellent, but as a first time customer, I can't say I was blown away by my experience. Update - The company reached out to me right away to address my concerns. They are taking steps to address the communication errors and have taken care of the gift certificate balance. I appreciate the speedy response and willingness to fix the issues. Because of this I am changing my rating to 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had my 1999 Mercedes interior cleaned, the results we're amazing. It feels like a new car. Coffee stains gone, interior totally clean and I couldn't be happier. Added the $50 option to wash the car and rims on top of the interior and it turned out great. The reason I picked DV was because they use steam, which is the best way to clean your interior, other places just used a cloth (which to me isn't enough) Everything just feels clean to the touch and will be using the service again 100%

*I requested an interior detail only* The employees texted to advise their ETA, arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They left the driveway clean and free of residual soap/water. It was not an easy job with considerable white dog hair on a black fabric interior but as you can see from the photos they cleaned it almost entirely away. Some minor stains remained afterwards but they would have required additional steam cleaning which I did not request or pay for. My car now looks great and is ready to sell! Price-wise I think they are competitive and they were able to offer me a next day appointment even at 10pm. I would recommend and would use again.

The guy who detailed my car did a wonderful job! I had to make a last minute appointment change and Vic was incredibly accommodating. There were stains all over the seats and he was able to get them all out. He spent more than two hours cleaning the car and it looks brand new! Highly recommend this service

Smooth booking process and quick response time to confirm after booking. We had 2 vehicles detailed, one of which has never been detailed since we bought the vehicle 8 years ago. It came out looking like new. Would recommend to friends and family. Very pleased with the service and will be using D&V again in the future!

D&V was fantastic. I made the reservation on a Saturday, and they were able to come on the Sunday morning with no fuss. D&V washed and cleaned the exterior of our Travel Trailer. It looks amazing! Raman, our detailer, was knowledgeable of the care and products needed for the different surfaces, on the RV. He took great care in properly cleaning each of the areas. The best part was they did it right our site at the RV Park. We are over the moon happy to have it done so professionally! they came by and did an interior detail of a used car that just purchased. there was dog hair everywhere and they got it all out! this was my primary concern since my family is allergic. i was so pleased with the work. i would recommend these guys to anyone that wants the convenience of having someone come to them to do the detailing. i even left the car to run some errands and he kept working on it diligently.

My wife had trashed her 2010 Matrix with stains from my daughter and a lot of garbage.the seats where stained brown and now they are light grey. D&V came and spent 6 hours and restored vehicle like it was brand new. I’ve never seen such a good detail job like this. These guys are beyond great. Highly recommend them to anybody!!!

D&V booked me in the next day after calling and did a great job of detailing and removing a horrible odor of cigarette smoke from our commercial truck. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for detailing in the future.

Have used D&V again this year and again quality cleaning and work. They were able to get water mold out of the interior of my parents' car and it came out smelling fresh and new again after. Amazing detailer. I thought my pet hair problem was completely unfixable, and the mold issue would be very hard to fix. Then once everything finished it looked brand new!! I definitely will be coming back again if there's any more messes. So worth it!!!

I got my vehicle detailed by D&V recently and the individual who did the service did a phenomenal job. He got rid of all the salt stains off my carpet mats, also even got into the really hard tight spots. My car now looks like a brand new car once again.
