While this contract is Full time employment, D&V or the employee can terminate the employment at any time with a 5 day notice. .

Employees earn a percentage of the job done as per mutually discussed terms between D&V and the employee.
Employees earn up to 40% of the value of main services like Full Interior & Exterior Detailing and upto 25% for add on services like pet hair, mold etc.
Compensation is calculated based on timesheets entered every day.

Timesheets are to be filled on a daily basis.
This includes scheduled holidays, Personal Time Off, etc. also need to be submitted.
Not submitting timesheets accurately and in a timely manner might lead to delays of payments and possible penalties.

The company Vehicle will only be used for Travel from Home to job sites and back.
The company vehicle will NOT be used for personal use. (A tracking device might be installed in the vehicle. ).
Using the company vehicle for personal use, without prior approval from your manager,is not permitted and might lead to a fine.

If you are issued a company credit card, this will only be used for filling fuel in your vehicles, the generators, or for servicing the company vehicles. This is NOT for personal use.
Misusing the company card for personal use, without prior approval from your manager, is not permitted and might lead to a fine.

There is NO paid sick leave or Paid vacation provided in this contract of employment.
Employees are required to give 48 hours of notice for personal days off.

As a part of your employment with D&V Mobile Detailing, you will have access to information like our clients and their details.
You agree that once you are no longer employed by D&V, you will not contact D&V clients for any business oppportunities for a period of 18 months after the end of employment with D&V.
Note: You can work for a competitor, but you cannot solicit business from clients of D&V.
A breach of this agreement might lead to fines of upto $7500 and / or legal action.

Address the customer as Maam or Sir and be polite.
If customer is rude or you feel they are going to discriminate for any reason, tell them politely. "We are sorry but we cannot provide a service to you at this time, please speak to Vic and walk away from the job"

Being late is OK due to traffic or the earlier job taking longer than expected.
However you are expected to communicate being late to the client at least 15-30 minutes BEFORE the appointment time.
(Company should not get a call asking where is the employee)

We are a "Detailing" company, not a cleaning company. Pay attention to detail (like the seat tracks, door jambs, the brake pedal).
Examples
a) Windshield and Glass can be most difficult, use proper procedure.
b) Avoid the use of Steam and liquids on electronics, especially on the dash.
(we have a 24 hour Redo policy, missed spots will lead to a -$10 penalty + you will not be able to earn for a new job)

Keep 2 Garbage Bags.
Put personal belongings including spare change in a separate bag.
Second garbage bag is for trash.

Jobs can take a few hours, while working stay organized and do not throw stuff all over.
Leave the vehicle location like you found it, Not dirtier than what it was (throwing the stuff from the insides on the driveway)

It is the employee's responsibility who is driving the vehicle to keep the company vehicle looking like it is from a "detailing company"
a)Clean and Organize the interiors and give it a wash once a week is expected
b) Inform D&V about any issues mechanically, and Oil Changes, (so that can be done out of our mechanic shop)
