The team at D&V would like you to stay safe during this recent snowstorm & later.
How does the Mold Build up? Here are two possible reasons.
a) We and our kids walk in the snow getting moisture inside our vehicles, then it warms up and we leave our vehicles closed for a day or two.
b) Normal Condensation due to the exterior weather. (the moisture on the interiors of your windshield in the mornings)
Before you know it, you will see Mold in the insides of your vehicles that is a Toxic Hazard. If you do get moisture inside the car –
Here are 2 tips on what can you do to prevent mold after snow.
a) The next time its sunny, run a small heater in the Vehicle, and remember to keep the window open.
b) Keep windows half an inch down and drive with the heater on. – (Remember its all about getting air circulation!!)
We clean a lot of Mold from vehicles, and its good for our business, but not at the expense of your /children’s health!!
Take this small tip, and be safe !!
We will be more than happy to come to your location and detail the insides of your vehicles, clean the exteriors, and wash away the salt from the undercarriage once this storm has subsided.
